Welcome to the Integrity Portal

Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) provides a convenient and confidential way for members of the public and its employees to report suspected cases of fraud, waste and misuse of assets.

WHO CAN USE THE PORTAL

The Portal is intended to be used by members of the public, including tenants and all OCH employees. This Portal does not apply to issues relating to maintenance, tenancies, housing applications, or parking.

CONFIDENTIAL AND ANONYMOUS

The Integrity Portal is a confidential and anonymous service that allows you to report incidents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Portal is operated by OCH. You are not required to provide your name or any other personal information when submitting a report of suspected fraud, waste or misuse of assets.

STRENGTHENING OUR COMMITMENT TO INTEGRITY

The Portal is simply one part of OCH’s ongoing efforts to ensure that members of the general public or those working for OCH have a confidential and anonymous way to express their concerns. Members of the public may use this portal, the hotline (613-691-5433), or contact one of the OCH Offices to report a claim. OCH has a strong commitment to honesty and integrity. The Integrity Portal helps us to strengthen this commitment.

Any member of the public who has knowledge of a fraud, waste or misuse of assets can create a report.

Any person who has previously submitted a report may update the report or review its status by entering the case ID number and password.
